Simultaneous interpreter – Entrepreneur – Historian
My long career as simultaneous interpreter has benefited my interests, enabling me to devote time to studying both languages and content, especially history, geopolitics, philosophy,
marketing and business management. After twenty years as a professional parliamentary interpreter and 7 businesses launched in order to pursue my great dream, I continue to be in awe of the world and its secrets and love learning from young people.
I work as a simultaneous interpreter in Italian, English and German on issues of human society, in support of companies and major international institutions, such as the UN, the European Union and the Italian, French and Spanish governments. I understand and translate business issues because I myself have been in business and continue to pursue business interests today.
I interpret while the speaker is speaking, without interruptions and with the help of special technical equipment such as headphone, microphone, booth and receivers for the audience.
I interpret after the speaker has finished speaking, without the aid of special technical equipment.
I interpret by whispering the translation to the listener simultaneously, i.e. while the speaker is speaking, without using a microphone.
